Mackenzie spent over a decade building a career in real estate, business development, and client service before co-founding Rae’s Cleaning. Her experience spans industries - from tech to residential sales - but the common thread has always been her commitment to delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships. After seeing how much smoother businesses run when people feel valued and communication is clear, she launched Rae’s to bring that same thoughtful, people-first approach to commercial cleaning.

Michelle brings a unique background to the cleaning world. As a former college athlete and national champion, she’s no stranger to discipline, teamwork, and high standards. After graduating, she went on to start and grow a successful restaurant from the ground up in Raleigh - learning firsthand how much the little things matter when it comes to running something well. With years of experience building systems, leading teams, and creating environments people trust, Michelle knows the value of walking into a space that’s clean, calm, and taken care of. She brings that same focus on quality, consistency, and care to everything she does at Rae’s Cleaning.
